Whether you have 12 months recruitment experience or you at senior level looking to progress, we are expanding and have the opportunity for you to grow and progress with us.
The Benefits:
Salary paying up to £30,000 OTE.
Excellent pension and Training scheme (training is at our head office and provided in house by an experienced branch manager)

Day to Day Duties- Dependent on the strengths you bring to the role, this will determine what your day predominantly involves, from:

- Making outbound sales calls to potential clients
- Meeting clients face to face to develop relationships and understand about temporary roles and permanent vacancies.
- Manage a temporary workforce to work for our clients’.
- Manage a variety of clients who have our temporary staff in their workplace.
- Hours of work : 40 hours, 8.00-5.00pm

Essential Skills

You will be a confident, people person with a natural sales ability
Passionate about dealing with people and able to problem solve
Excellent attention to detail to ensure administrative compliance standards are met
You will have a full driving licence to be able to visit clients.
If you are an experienced recruitment consultant looking for progression, or a sales professional with drive and ambition to succeed this role could be ideal. Applications welcome from similar sectors; Estate Agency, Insurance and Account Management.
