Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Lead/Principal Perm Consultant based in Worcester, with the flexibility to work from home on certain days. The Principal is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth within new vertical markets. The role involves researching market trends, creating sales strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to meet company targets. Additionally, the successful candidate will play a key role in presenting tailored workforce solutions to potential clients.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Sales, Account Management, and Business Development
  • Experience in Market Research, Competitive Analysis, and Strategic Planning
  • Exceptional Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Client Relationship Management and Customer Retention
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in hybrid work environments
  • Minimum of 10 year's experience with the recruitment or workforce solutions industry is essential
