**Job Title** - Hire Controller / Hire Desk Coordinator

- up to £25k Basic plus bonus

**The Role**
You will be responsible for equipment going out for hire from start to finish making sure the process runs smoothly from start to finish for the client.
- You’ll need to assist with getting the Hire & Sales contracts completed
- Organise logistics so the equipment comes and goes efficiently
- Communicate with clients and different departments throughout the process
- Ensure all paperwork is correct and up to date
- Look after repairs while equipment is on hire
- Provide an excellent level of customer service to all clients

**The Person & Skills**
For this position you should be an enthusiastic and strong communicator who is motivated to go the extra mile for our customers.
- You’ll need to be able to recognise sales opportunities
- First class approach to customer interaction and be focused on achieving maximum customer satisfaction.
- Able to demonstrate good organisational skills.
- You should be able to work alongside the Warehouse & Transport departments to provide a seamless service
- Deal with raising invoices, timesheets and holiday forms
- Computer Skills will be essential for this position

**The Package**
- Up to £25k basic depending on experience
- Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
- Pension Contribution 8%
- 22 Days + Bank Holidays
