Bank Administrator

**Bank Admin | Physiotherapy Department | Spire Bushey Hospital | Watford**
Spire Bushey Hospital has an exciting opportunity for a Bank Administrator to join our dynamic and experienced Admin team working in our Physiotherapy department on a flexible basis.

Spire Bushey Hospital is one of North London and Hertfordshire's leading private hospitals, with an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality private hospital treatment. The hospital offers a premium service in key areas of complex healthcare including orthopaedics, neuro spinal, general surgery and gynaecology. Spire Bushey Hospital forms part of a 4-site portfolio and is supported by and works alongside Spire Bushey Diagnostic Centre, Elstree Cancer Centre and Spire Pathology Centre '“ based on Centennial Park in Elstree - just 5 minutes from the main hospital site.

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Maintain and update patient records on the hospital computer system
- Process payments / collect credit card details both over the telephone and face to face (Once trained)
- Receive and make patient bookings and liaise with internal departments via the telephone
- Face to face liaison with patients and consultants providing information where requested and making appointments
- Match and chase referrals to clinics

**Who we're looking for**:

- Previous relevant experience in an administrative/customer service based role is highly desired
- Experience of working independently and on own initiative
- Comfortable working to deadlines and ability to work under pressure
- A team player
- Previous experience in healthcare setting (Desirable)
- Outstanding interpersonal and organisation skills
