**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cafe Worker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while assisting in food preparation and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

**Duties**
- Prepare and serve food and drink.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area.
- Assist customers with their orders.
- Maintain an organised workspace, including restocking supplies as needed.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic maths skills for processing payments.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during busy periods.
- Support the team by helping with various tasks as required, fostering a cooperative work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in food preparation or a similar role is preferred but not essential.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively during peak hours.
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
- A friendly and helpful attitude towards customers and colleagues alike.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Located in Mundesley with a view of the sea, it’s a great place to work

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary

Pay: From £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week

- Barista experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
