**A bit about the role**

Put simply, the role of a Sales Coordinator (we like to call them Business Controllers as you will be controlling the deals) is to smash our customers driving gloves off with incredible customer service by;
- Putting them behind the wheel of their dream car with you mad organisation skills to ensure documentation is accurately and timely presented to all the 3rd parties in the mix
- Keeping them informed at every stage of the customer journey and all the bits in-between using your incredible communication and expectation setting prowess.
- To grow, nurture and expand a relationship with them so they think of Oracle and Oracle whenever they fancy a new motor
- To have them singing from the roof tops about how awesome you and how you and Oracle were so super efficient and professional in their dealing with us
- Giving them piece of mind by ensuring we know our stuff and will keep them complaint with a risk free transaction.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
