The Mayor of London has awarded £500,000 to South East London (SEL) to lead the establishment and delivery of an integrated Hub to support Londoners into good work across health and social care. The implementation of theHealth & Care Jobs Hubis a key strategic priority for SEL addressing our commitment to localised recruitment and retention which will have a significant impact on population health and wellbeing.

**The purpose of the Health & Care Jobs Hub is to**:

- Consolidate, innovate, and accelerate SEL ICS activity, building on existing networks, widening access to jobs for our population
- Support recruitment of local people, specifically from low-income families and under-represented communities
- Reduce vacancies and turnover in shortage areas, driving London’s Recovery which are also the principal aims of the Mayor’s Skills Academy

We have a fantastic opportunity for 2 x Hub Support Officer to join our team, hosted by Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust.

This role is part of the SEL ICS Workforce Programme team and reports to the Health & Care Hub Manager.

**The responsibilities include**:

- Act as the lead point of contact for the Health & Care Jobs Hub
- Develop effective partnership working through engagement and good communication
- Provide administrative and logístical support for a range of Hub events
- Support with monthly finance reporting, forecasting, data entry and other tasks
- Manage and monitor performance of the support to ensure that the Hub meets its financial and operating targets
- Update project plans and key milestones for each workstream
- Provide progress reports internally and externally
- Responsible for maintaining the database of the digital portal, ensuring accessibility and confidentiality of information
- Analyse data from the digital portal to produce evaluation and feedback reports
- Implement departmental policies within own work area, proposing changes to working practices as a result of new guidelines or legislation e.g. ensuring Data Protection legislation is adhered to at all times

The post holder will have autonomy in managing their workload and will be responsible for individual projects aligned with the Trust's service strategies and objectives.
