**Salary**:£20,000 to £24,000pa
Contract: Permanent
Location: Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire
Hours: Monday to Thursday 9am to 5.30pm and Friday 9am to 4pm with 30 mins lunch
COMPANY PROFILE

An exciting opportunity now currently available within a reputable company based in Hemel Hempstead within the Sales Support team. Our client is industry leading and is currently looking for a Sales Support Advisor to join their friendly team supporting thesales of bespoke products.

SKILLS REQUIRED
- Strong communication skills
- Great customer service, staying customer focused.
- IT literate, having good knowledge of Microsoft Office

RESPONSIBILITIES
- To provide quotations to the main contractors, sub-contractors and consultants
- Communicate with clients on a regular basis to discuss any orders or projects
- To track quotes and any projects and update systems accordingly
- To provide quality customer service consistently
- To develop thorough knowledge of products to effectively support customer enquiries.
- Ensuring that responses to customers queries are dealt with quickly and effectively
