Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Support Coordinatorto join a small but growing team in a busy sales department.

They are looking for a self-motivated resilient individual to provide their customers with first class customer service and to support the Sales Accounts Managers with all sales order processing.You will be communicating with their customers in a relaxedand professional way and liaising with their purchasing team ensuring an outstanding experience for the customers. Excellent communication skills both in writing and on the phone, together with exceptional attention to detail, will make you successful in thisrole.

This role is based at their premises in Hemel Hempstead, they operate Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm.This role is full time at 37.5 hours per week, however, flexible start and finish times can be arranged.

**Salary**:£21,000-£24,000 per annum

**Sales Support Coordinator Duties**:

- To answer incoming telephone calls in a prompt and professional manner, resolving any queries quickly and effectively or ensuring delegation to the appropriate person
- Processing of sales order and preparing quotes on SAP operating system, proactively creating daily reports to track orders to ensure customers and Sales Account Managers are continuously kept up to date
- Assisting other sales order processing teams in the business to cover for holiday and sickness absence
- Liaising with Purchasing Coordinator for purchase orders to suppliers and monitoring delivery timescales
- Sending payment links to customers, ensuring timeliness and accuracy, and releasing orders once payment is received
- Liaising with our on-site warehouse on orders received, locating orders in the warehouse arranging for customers to collect, ensuring a smooth handover for our customers
- Booking meetings, accommodation, travel etc for team members
- Taking turns in carrying out health and safety floor walks to ensure a safe and tidy working environment
- Undertaking any ad-hoc sales support, projects or tasks as directed by management.

**Sales Support Coordinator Requirements**:

- Ability to build strong working relationships both internally and externally, excellent interpersonal skills being friendly and professional
- Determined, enthusiastic, reliable and sociable
- Self-motivated, resilient, achievement orientated, ability to use own initiative
- Attention to detail and accuracy, excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
- 1+ years’ experience in Sales Order Processing
- Some experience of SAP is useful but not necessary.
