**Role Overview**: We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Coordinator to join our team. As a Coordinator at Drift Limits, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they have a seamless and enjoyable experience from start to finish. Your role will involve greeting customers, answering their questions, handling complaints, running operational days and assisting with the sale of additional services.
- Greet all customers with a warm and friendly welcome.
- Answer any questions customers may have about their experience and the day's events.
- Handle any customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- Assist with the sale and execution of extras such as hot laps, media packages, and additional driving laps.
- Share the role of running the operational day with our other host.
- Organise the running day ensuring customer experiences are completed in a timely manner.
- Manage staff in the operational day, ensuring company policies are adhered to.

- Experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Ability to work weekends and flexible hours.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms.
- Motorsport and driving experience.

Pay: £28,500.00-£27,000.00 per year

Commission available on extras sold throughout the operational days
