Project Coordinator

We are looking for a 12 month Fixed Term Contract as a Project Coordinator to provide proactive internal and external project administration. Supporting the operations and sales teams, and their customers.

**About DBD**:
For over 30 years, we have been delivering Appliance and Kitchen Solutions to the construction industry and are the UK’s No 1 Contract Appliance Supplier offering a complete Installation Service.
The business is based in Hemel Hempstead, and they also have warehouses in Somerset and Birmingham.
**Project Coordinator key accountabilities**:
Schedule and manage the direct and subcontract installation work load in an efficient manner including processing the plot confirmation systems and regular proactive contact with site to manage their expectations.
Undertake the daily issuing and completion of our installer paperwork, together with any follow up action arising from this documentation
Liaise with Sales, Commercial, Warehouse and suppliers in a constructive manner to ensure the functions and processes are carried out in a smooth and efficient way to support our scheduling activity
Regular daily communication with Installers and other resources on progress of work to ensure completion within the allotted time.
Raise purchase orders and instructions based on the information presented to you, ensuring care is taken in checking the accuracy of all internal and external order requirements, and then progressing materials to achieve the required deadlines.
Responsible for coordinating customer care cases including liaison with the occupant, builder, supplier and manufacturer in a timely and effective manner.

- Customer focused telephone manner with the ability to overcome difficult situations with customers, manufacturers, subcontractors and colleagues.
- Multi-tasking with a calm, organized and focused approach plus the ability to problem solve and resolve issues with a positive outcome.
- Positive, self-motivated and excellent attention to detail - high accuracy when proof reading documents to ensure all information is correct.
- Computer literate, with the ability to use I.T. systems to support the requirements of the role.

Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: Up to £26,000.00 per year
