we are recruiting for a Customer Experience Co-ordinator to join our team at Vax

We are looking for an individual with a customer-centric mindset who works to delight our customers through continuous improvement of the customer experience via our review platforms.

Working alongside the rest of the customer experience team, the customer experience co-ordinatior will ensure tight deadlines are met and will strive to deliver on departmental targets and objectives.

**Day to Day**
- Being a model giving great, natural customer service by proactively, positively acknowledging and helping customers
- Prioritise our customers to ensure best service is delivered
- build positive relationships to create a fantastic team spirit
- Being adaptable and resilient to meet the ever-changing demands of our business and be able to coach and support colleagues to do the same
- Provide clear communication to colleagues and customers
- Setting a good example to colleagues by being reliable and a good timekeeper
- Suggesting new ways and methods of enhancing our service approach
- Demonstrable experience of managing multiple workflows to a set of targeted KPI's
- Working in a high volume, fast paced, ever changing environment
- multi-task several jobs, sometimes with conflicting priorities

- Knowledge of Contact Centre technology & solutions
- MS Office, IT, telephone use and call centre technologies experience.

- Exhibit a professional and positive attitude at all times.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Droitwich: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- customer service: 3 years (preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Droitwich
