Debrief Co-ordinator

Menzies Distribution are looking for an Debrief Co-ordinator to join our team, providing a first class service in Droitwich. You will be responsible for assisting the transport team with all day-to-day transportation activities. Helping develop efficienttransport operations and optimizing the existing strategies will be a part of your job role. You will act as a key point of contact for drivers providing dispatch/debrief communication.

**The Details**:

- Job role: Debrief Co-ordinator
- Hours: 10:00 - 19:00
- Shift Pattern: Monday -Friday
- Salary: £25,480.00 Per Annum
- Monthly Wage
- Parking Onsite

**Key Duties and Accountabilities (will include but not be limited to)**
- To be the first point of contact for drivers when they report to the transport office
- Provide dispatch & debrief communications with drivers.
- Traffic management through the day
- Reporting discrepancies/late running
- Check and maintain Company transport management systems
- Involved in handover to nights transport team
- Supporting vehicle checks to ensure company policies are being adhered to
- Accurate recording of transport data
- Assist in making maintenance bookings
- Collating information for KPI report
- A range of associated administrative duties
- Assisting with on-site duties for the depot.

- Ability to work under pressure
- Attention to detail, accuracy
- Priorities workload in order to meet set deadlines
- Strong communication skills

**Behavioural Competencies**:

- Some experience in transport environment
- Competent computer skills in the use of Microsoft office packages and in-house programs
- Understanding of health and safety
