**The Impact you will have:
We have an exception role for you, in the position of **Reception / Administrator**

As the welcoming face of our medical centre, you will provide a friendly, warm and efficient reception service whilst consistently delivering high quality customer care standards to both internal and external clients and contributing to an overall exceptionalclient experience.

Training and support relevant to performing the role will be provided.The role involves a variety of administrative tasks which will involve the use of Microsoft Office packages (especially Excel and Outlook).

In this role you will learn from our leading experts and will contribute the vital care of our patients, as a valued member of the HCA Group.

**Ideally, we are looking for someone who has;
- Previous knowledge and experience in the hospitality, service or healthcare industry would be advantageous
- Good general level of education to GCSE level or equivalent, 5 GCSEs or more preferred at C grade or above (demonstrated through a competency-based interview) or equivalent
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Computer literate with proven experience of Microsoft Office and experience of information systems
