We are a well-funded, early-stage fintech startup on a mission to guide the world’s money. We work with some of the most exciting enterprises in the world and are looking to add our **GTM Lead** to the team.

This is a highly entrepreneurial role for someone eager to build GTM & Marketing foundations from scratch, working directly with the founders, Product, and Sales. You’ve likely seen best-in-class enterprise GTM motions before: in a startup, as a VC or embedded in Product or Sales teams.

**About Palm**:
Palm’s commercial team today is small and scrappy — founders, sales, and you. We’ve been positioning ourselves in the market and have a strong base across brand and events. We’re now ready for our first dedicated B2B growth and go-to-market builder.

We’re hiring a **GTM Lead** to architect Palm’s positioning, build Palm’s messaging engine, shape our market presence, and drive revenue impact across the full funnel. Ideal for a strategic marketer who’s equally comfortable rolling up their sleeves to execute. You’ll partner directly with the founders to define Palm’s voice in the market and create the engine that fuels revenue.

**How will you make an impact?**:

- Define **Palm’s positioning and messaging,** translating product value, market insights, and competitive signals into narratives that win with buyers.
- Own and prioritize GTM initiatives across **content, events, SEO, lifecycle, and brand.**
- **Collaborate with Sales** on pipeline acceleration programs, ABM plays, customer proof, and operational content that supports every stage of the enterprise motion.
- **Create content** that converts through case studies, pitch decks, event assets, nurture flows. You name it.
- **Activate MQL and early pipeline growth** by launching multichannel programs, optimizing conversion paths, and partnering closely with Sales to boost deal velocity.
- **Partner with Product** on launch strategy, release messaging, and ongoing translation of product capabilities into customer-ready value.
- Build the operational foundation for a **scalable**, **data-driven** marketing engine.

**Where we work**:
Palm is a **remote-first company**, with team members across Europe. We value flexibility and believe the best work often happens outside the office.

That said, this role is part of our **founding commercial team**. To build playbooks, collaborate closely, and support each other in a high-growth environment, we’ll have **regular in-person sessions** at our office in London. We’ll work together to determine the right cadence that supports flexibility.

**Our wish list**:
**Must-haves**:

- 3+ years of experience in **B2B across product marketing or GTM,** ideally in tech sector.
- Experience in **enterprise GTM** motions and ABM campaigns.
- Broad understanding of** key marketing functions** and ability to set up foundational processes and execute across channels.
- Proven ability to own **messaging, positioning, and marketing direction** independently.
- **Hands-on generalist** who thrives in high-ambiguity, high-velocity environments.
- Strong curiosity and drive to **understand Treasury, fintech, and the wider CFO stack.**

**Nice-to-Haves**:

- Fully **owned** a product launch or expansion motion in a high growth environment.
- **Familiarity with digital advertising and organic growth**, with hands-on experience using paid and unpaid channels.
- Ability to manage different stakeholders like **contractors, agencies, and AI tools** to scale execution.
- Strong **analytical mindset** with ability to tie marketing to pipeline and revenue impact.
- We run on **Hubspot, Clay, Figma, Canva, Framer, Runway & more.**Some experience in similar tools is great.
