OverviewVistex is seeking a GTMS Lead Consultant to join our team as part of hypergrowth with the GTMS solution. This role involves leading high touch, high visibility engagements with customers during GTMS implementations, and actively participating in project delivery.Do not wait to apply after reading this description a high application volume is expected for this opportunity.ResponsibilitiesProvide remote consulting services to customers implementing Vistex products and solutions along with some on-site meetingsLead the Vistex team on the project, be customer-facing for all meetings and demos and be responsible for project delivery per scope and timelineUnderstand Vistex software functionality and map customer business requirements to the Vistex solutionDesign and configure the system as per business requirementsExperience with ERP processes related to SD, FI and have a background working with business processesPrepare file templates and upload data into the GTMS systemWork with the technical team to design and build interfaces with the host systemCollaborate with the offshore team lead and allocate tasks effectively between onsite and offshore teamAllocate tasks and work to the build team based on effort, timelines, and availabilityIdentify product and customer-specific project issues and work with product development to resolve themWrite functional specifications for enhancements that have to be done by the technical teamPrepare meaningful system demos during the course of the project for the customerPerform quality assurance on the system built for the customerPrepare and provide documentation to the customer for system supportPlay a role in setting up a pre-configuring system based on best practices and industriesLearn and gain expertise on new and current Vistex products and solution offeringsAbout usThe Vistex platform helps businesses control promotions, rebates, SPAs, discounts, and other incentives.
