SCIB Associate GBP Rates Trading

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

The purpose of the role is to support the GBP flow (Gilts and swaps) to operate with Santander group clients, including institutional clients, corporates and internal clients (i.e. Entities part of Grupo Santander)

The role holder will support the aforementioned desk with market making activities (i.e. by providing 2 way prices to Santander’s client’s base), assisting the desk with the risk management of the book, provide trade ideas and help to resolve any issues that arise during BAU activity (i.e. P&L issues, bookings, etc)
