About the role
- Develop a great understanding of the drivers of the business
- Analysing the costs and intercompany recharges within the group to enable strategic decisions.
- Conduct performance-based analysis of each acquisition in order to reflect the true value of the group.
- Utilising the data to forecast and design a bespoke, leaner model across the group
- Implementation of a new reporting system
- Engage with key senior stakeholders and maintain good relationships
Key skill sets
- CCAB qualified
- Solid accountant with experience of group consolidation
- Experience in M&A
- Good communication skills
- Experience working within a PE environment
Working Pattern:

- Hybrid - 3 days per week in the office
- £600-£700pd outside IR35
