The Lead Account Manager will act as the main point of contact for all account managers while ensuring the team are providing the right level of service.

My client is a well established company based in Lancing.

**Description**

The key responsibilities of the Lead Account Manager will be:

- To provide a pro-active approach to Account Management driving incremental revenue growth from our existing clients
- To facilitate a seamless link between our Service Delivery, Sales, Customer Service and Operations team to meet our client's requirements
- To provide feedback from customers and ensure it is picked up internally by the right people
- To implement effective account strategies to drive continued sales, improvement, innovation, profitability and growth.
- To attend external client visits and conference calls as required
- To input to our marketing campaigns and strategies across the sector and account teams to ensure best use of the marketing budget and return on investment

**Profile**

The successful Lead Account Manager will have:

- Previous Customer Service/Account Management experience in a B2B role
- Consultancy and partnership skills, including negotiation and influencing skills; proactively building relationship with others to achieve results
- Ability to work effectively within a team as well as independently, exercising a high degree of autonomy
- Ability to cope well under pressure, can multitask and can adapt to changing circumstances
- Excellent analytic and numerical skills. Ability to use statistical and other data to produce reports

**Job Offer**

The successful Lead Account Manager will earn £30,000-£35,000 as well as hybrid working and commission of up to £10,000 annually.
