Our client a rapidly growing PE backed business are looking for an interim Head of Finance to manage the core finance team and business partner with the Managing Director.

The role will be responsible for:

- Ensuring month end processes are completed in a timely manner, including all reconciliations, KPI reporting and variance analysis.
- Manage all financial reporting and audit requirements, ensuring all statutory reporting deadlines are met.
- Lead on budgeting and forecasting for the division.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls across the division.
- Responsibility for HMRC submissions and payments, including PAYE payments, quarterly corporation tax instalments and VAT returns.
- Identifying and implementing cost saving initiatives.
