Asset Data Capture Support

**We're seeking a highly organised individual to join our successful, national gas distribution client working on sites in North West London. In this role, you'll provide comprehensive administrative support to the Asset Data Capture Team.**
As Asset Data Capture Support, you'll facilitate and efficiently co-ordinate and administer projects within the team, whilst liaising with both internal and external stakeholders. This role will also include frequent travel around the areas of Harrow, Wembley and Barnet, so you'll need a valid driving licence for this role.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensuring on-site visits are carried out by the operational teams throughout the various workstreams
- Working closely with operational colleagues to produce electronic drawings/span sheets of the site visits
- Ensuring records for completed works are accurately captured to the required standard
- Ensuring site visits are carried out for existing and new gas mains/assets
- Ensuring all information within project packs is complete and accurate
- Completing site photos & logs to support DR4s, shallow mains, stub lengths against REP2, where appropriate
- Completing H Code App to notify of any hazards
- Recording of any details for Digitisable Services / Connections, inclusive of CSEP activities
- Ensuring Mains Test Certificates are appropriately referenced
- Maintaining and Managing Site Visit Logistics
- Ensuring the abandonment dates for each section of pipe on all project streets are correctly recorded
- Ensuring Routine Operations (RO's) / Non-Routine Operation (NRO's) are appropriately referenced
- Ensuring Live Insertion Works are captured accurately
- Ensuring Pipe Protection & Cathodic Protection are referenced appropriately
**Skills & Experience**
- Experience with Data Collector and GPS Software
- Highly organised and methodical
- Good communication skills
- Driving licence is required
