As an HR Advisor, you will be an integral part of the team, offering expert guidance to managers and employees on a variety of HR matters, ranging from casework management to policy development. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the management of HR casework, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, and absence issues, ensuring all actions are in line with company policies and industry standards.
- Provide clear and consistent advice on organisational policies and procedures to employees at all levels, and create templates, guides, and letters as needed.
- Assist with various HR functions, including recruitment, pay and reward, and organisational change initiatives. Provide support to HR administrators, helping to resolve complex queries efficiently.
- Ensure the smooth running of compliance activities, including conducting employee checks, managing recruitment processes, and maintaining accurate employee records.
- Use HR information systems to generate reports, offering key insights to support HR and management decision-making.
- Lead or contribute to HR projects designed to enhance organisational practices and address people-related challenges, driving improvements across the business.
- Support the rollout and communication of new or revised HR policies and procedures, delivering training sessions to teams as required.
- Provide ongoing support to ensure the HR function is delivered effectively and professionally, aligning with organisational goals.
