HR Project Change Support

CMS are looking for an HR professional to support the change management process during the implementation of a new cloud-based HR HCM technology. The HR Project Change Support role is on an 18 month FTC basis and will work closely with a Change Consultantto deliver the change agenda, transitioning the Firm to our Future Facing proposition. The role can be based in any of our regional locations including Bristol, Manchester, Sheffield or Edinburgh.
***About the Role** Working with the Change Lead to develop and implement change plan. Key deliverables are but not limited to;
**Communications**
- Identify audiences and tailor communications considering roles, levels and geographies and language
- Draft communications using corporate branding and style seeking approvals as required
- Prepare supporting documentation such as frequently asked questions and guidance
- Use the new technology to communicate key messages at go live
**Training**
- Support the Change Lead to develop a training plan to support delivery of the programme
- Work with internal and external training providers to deliver approved training
- Organise and plan face to face and virtual training as needed tailored to the audience
- Review and evaluate the effectiveness of training being delivered to support the programme
**General**
- Consider adoption strategies for optimised engagement and adoption
- Prepare reporting and slides packs as required
- Work closely with other project team members ensuring there is a full understanding of wider programme deliverables
- Deputise for the Change Lead as required
**About You** This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of an HR project to update the global HR system landscape. This role will suit an experienced individual who has a strong HR change or HR communications or Learning and Development background. A confident, calmand credible manner with a good understanding of change management will ensure your success in this role.
We are looking for an HR Project Change Support professional with:
- Some HR related project experience ideally relating to organisational development or a large-scale HR technology delivery project.
- Experience of working on projects and delivering change would be ideal but not essential.
- A demonstrable understanding of what change means to HR, particularly change through technology.
