We're looking for a Marketing Associate to support in managing hyper-local marketing campaigns in the UK. This role will work closely with the rest of the UKI Marketing team and our external media & creative agencies to deliver best in class media and creative strategy and campaigns that deliver against our goals. This role reports to Senior Marketing Manager, Media & Campaigns.

This role sits in the Marketing Planning and Campaigns team however it is responsible for hyper-local marketing campaigns and therefore predominantly works with the Local Activation Team. The Local Activation team is responsible for developing the strategy and execution of high growth initiatives at a local and hyper-local level ensuring that our marketing strategies reflect the commercial needs and hyperlocal opportunities within each priority region. This role leads on the media and creative elements of the local campaigns, working hand in hand with the Local Activation team to ensure the strategy and objectives are being met throughout.

**What you'll be doing**
- Campaign development: brief and lead the creative development of local campaigns using creative toolkits to support. Understand the messaging requirements of campaigns and how to land these effectively relative to the marketing channel employed.
- Project Management: you will be leading the delivery of the campaigns, ensuring all assets are produced on time and to correct specs to fulfil the media plan.
- Demonstrate media expertise: Manage our external media agency to plan, deliver & execute our media plans from end to end. Identify the most relevant channels and media mix to achieve hyper-local objectives of driving growth and order volume, working with the rest of the UK team to identify the need to tailor locally and leverage restaurants across the UK. Lead the process from briefing, to reviewing strategies with stakeholders and feeding back to the agency and finally approving the plans.
- Regional expertise: media and creative will flex according to the individual needs of each region, you will need to demonstrate a flexible approach to planning and working across multiple objectives.
- Demonstrate excellent team collaboration: Work as part of a cross functional teams to deliver best in class marketing planning and campaign management. You'll work closely with teams across the business including performance marketing, CRM, PR, brand social to develop the optimum strategies & plans to drive relevance with our consumers.
- Take an analytical approach: Work with our business insights and consumer insights teams to develop robust measurement & effectiveness evaluations of our campaign.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years experience marketing or agency experience running successful insight led local marketing campaigns
- Detail oriented executor. You're skilled at planning, organising, prioritising and executing simultaneous projects and activities at once. You can prioritise high impact activities and keep complicated projects moving forward.
- Comfortable working with data to inform strategies and report on campaign performance
- A creative mind to help solve problems and adapt existing creative to new key messages
- A self-starter attitude that's comfortable with constant change and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record in making things happen - delivering results quickly and efficiently
- You have experience managing multiple stakeholders and are confident in presenting your ideas
- A creative problem solver who can think things through analytically
- A proactive, can-do attitude, full of great ideas and able to get stuff done autonomously
- Great communication skills with a passion for building strong relationships, with proven experience to manage agencies as well as internal stakeholders and teams
