**Main Job Purpose**
- Responsible for providing administrative support for the R&D department and act as PA to the R&D Director in order to achieve desired outputs within agreed time frame, within budget, to specification and operational standards.

Key

**Responsibilities**:

- Providing administrative support including scheduling and calendar management, coordinating travel, calendars and itineraries for the R&D Director.
- Provide administrative support to the Business Excellence Director and PMO including arranging project meetings and minute/action taking.
- Provide and organise meeting support (e.g.. materials, room, catering, basic AV and IT, transportation of participants, coordination with other locations as needed) with responsibility for R&D Meeting Room.
- Preparing expense reports; screening incoming calls; miscellaneous administrative duties as necessary
- Open and track purchase orders, ensure invoices are paid in a timely manner, and work with and liaise with Finance and Procurement as needed
- Minute taking in meetings as required
- Maintain R&D databases and spreadsheets
- New employee set up
- Timely and professional communication internally and externally, including uploading articles on the Hub
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Ensure stationary and office supplies utilized by the department are appropriately stocked

**Skills and Experience**:

- PC proficient with a good working knowledge of Word, Powerpoint, and Excel.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced dynamic environment while demonstrating a resourceful, positive attitude and a superior work ethic.

++Due to location of this company you must be a car driver as no public transport goes nearby++

This role is based within the office 5 days a week
