HR Administrator (Part-time, 0.5 FTE – 12 months fixed term)

We are looking for an organised, proactive and personable HR Administrator to join our busy and high-performing HR team on a part-time basis for 12 months. This fixed term role has arisen due to the exciting expansion of Habs Elstree, with Lochinver House School joining our community. As we grow, this role will play an important part in supporting a positive experience for colleagues across our organisation.

About the role

You will provide essential support across all aspects of HR administration, including onboarding, HR systems, benefits, learning and development, engagement, reporting and day-to-day queries. No two days will be the same, and you will work closely with colleagues across both schools in Elstree to ensure a positive and seamless employee experience.
