ARM are delighted to be working alongside a well-known client in the rail industry recruiting for a Resourcing Business Partner to join their team on a 6 month basis.

For this role you will have worked within an internal recruitment capacity and have a good understanding of the type of data and metrics associated with it.

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing the end-to-end offer process while identifying areas for improvement
- Effectively prioritising workload and maintaining constant and open communication with Resourcing Business Partners
- Providing advice on relevant recruitment & selection activities including advertisements, interview scheduling and managing of offers
- Provide guidance to managers in terms of interviewing techniques, criteria and capability to ensure a fair and consistent recruitment process
- Work with the recruitment team to support in times of higher work volume, as well as ad hoc tasks when required

**Requirements**:

- Proficient user of Microsoft Office software with a focus on Excel (including V-look ups and Pivot table)
- Have previous experience working within an internal recruitment capacity
- Have previously worked alongside internal stakeholder managers
- Willingness to succeed and meticulous attention to detail
- Data analytics/manipulation background
