Location: Home based with meetings monthly in Stockport.

Job Purpose
- The primary focus is to ensure Stagecoach is sufficiently resourced with capable employees in accordance with our people resourcing plan and as a result provide us with operational resilience. It’s a fast-paced and changing environment and you’ll need to be at the top of your game. As an accomplished Talent Attraction professional, you will provide both strategic and operational recruitment support, and will stand out as being a creative thinker with strong commercial acumen.

Principal Accountabilities
- Proactive business partnering to hiring managers: Working closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop job descriptions and selection criteria to make placements within defined KPIs and timescales.
- Ensuring compliance: Responsible for a recruitment process that is compliant with legal and regulatory requirements, including right to work, equal employment opportunity laws and data protection regulations.
- Building employer brand: The Recruitment Partner is responsible for building the Stagecoach Employer Brand by promoting its values, culture, and employment opportunities through various channels, including social media and employer branding campaigns.
- Driving simplification through utilisation of HR Information Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems.

Person Requirements - Qualifications, Experience & Competencies
- Proven commensurate work experience in the field of Talent Attraction and Recruitment, ideally in a hunt-hunting environment along with experience in managing the full recruitment process.
- Attention to detail: Excellent attention to detail to ensure that all aspects of the recruitment process are completed accurately and on time.
- Analytical skills: Strong analytical skills to gather and interpret data, identify trends and insights, and develop actionable recommendations.
- Technology skills: A Recruitment Partner should have a good understanding of recruitment technology, including applicant tracking systems, job boards, and social media platforms.
- Culture: An understanding of the organisation's culture and the ability to promote and maintain that culture through people related initiatives.
- Business acumen: A solid understanding of the organisation's business operations, goals, and objectives, and the ability to align people related strategies with those goals.
- Continuous learning: A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up to date with the latest employment trends and best practices.
- Ideally experience of using Workday recruitment.
