**Responsible Business Engagement Co-ordinator (Communications)**

**Location**: Cirencester/Hybrid (min. 2 days p/wk in the office)

Sitting within our newly formed Responsible Business (RB) Team, this operational role is responsible for supporting the creation and delivery of responsible business communication and engagement activities, helping coordinate and drive awareness, action and impact across the business and Partnership (our financial advisors).

**What you’ll be doing**:

- You’ll take responsibility for coordination and oversight of the Responsible Business Engagement calendar, keeping the wider team abreast of upcoming risks, opportunities and areas of congestion.
- You will feed RB activities into wider corporate calendars and coordinate with Marketing, Internal Communications and PR to ensure timely and supported delivery.
- You’ll provide engagement and communication facilitation for the RB team, Foundation and Networks, including drafting and posting shortform content on internal and external channels such as the Intranet, Microsoft Teams, Yammer and corporate social media.
- You’ll also help build and send Poppulo communications, newsletters and Dotmailer prize draws, coordinating distribution lists and scheduling to ensure timely and targeted sends.
- Coordination, gathering and reporting of key engagement data, supporting the Engagement Specialist with analysis and report building.
- Occasionally supporting the content production and review for the Engagement Specialist, and will lead case study coordination year-round, owning a central data base of case studies, video and photographs ready to use, aligning to the Responsible Business framework.
- Coordinate agendas, speakers and content for certain internal and external presentations and assist with the coordination and content of RB team meetings.
- The role may also support the Reporting team with drafting, editing or proofreading.

**Who we’re looking for**:

- Some requirement of ESG interest and knowledge is required, with the expectation that the jobholder would build this knowledge quickly on appointment.
- Effective time management ability.
- Strong organisation and prioritisation skills, with experienced of managing multiple topics and projects at once.
- Ability to build strong working relationships with engagement, communication, data and reporting teams across the organization.
- Experienced in internal communications facilitation such as dealing with complex distribution lists and use of channels such as the intranet, Poppulo and Dotmailer, however training can be given.
- You’ll have demonstrable writing, editing and grammatical skills to support basic engagement, award and report writing needs.
- Experience or ability to proofread preferable.

**Special Requirements**:

- Very occasional business travel including external conferences/events may be required.
