Cleanroom and Packing Co-ordinator required to work in our sterile cleanroom area within our impressive Cirencester Head office on Love Lane in Gloucestershire. Be part of our Supply Chain team that sterilises and packages our hip and knee implants in conjunction with strict medical regulations for worldwide distribution with a focus on precision, quality, and customer demand.

Are you highly dextrous, detail orientated and keen to learn new processes and procedures, as well as grow your career in manufacturing business? You will be required to wear a full protective suit and footwear whilst working in the cleanroom area for hygiene purposes, which is removed immediately when you exit the area. The cleanroom itself is temperature controlled, therefore you will need to ensure you are happy working in a cooler environment.

We are looking for positive, flexible, reliable, accountable, committed, quality and safety conscious Cleanroom and Packing Co-ordinators who will:

- Prepare and schedule products ready for the start of each shift.
- Prepare and send the daily shopping lists.
- Manage the stock levels within the Kanban area.
- Co-ordinate overtime with the Cleanroom Planner, Manufacturing Managers as and when required.
- Attend daily production meetings to highlight issues and opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain the 5S methodology - sort, set in order, shine, standardize, and sustain.
- Work with the cleanroom planner to record KPI’s and support related actions
- Undertake any projects as and when required.

**The ideal Cleanroom & Packing Co-ordinator will have/ be**:

- A good standard of secondary education or work experience that demonstrates commitment to a role.
- Able to follow quality standards.
- Happy to work on shifts.
- A team player with good communication skills.
- A positive attitude and always demonstrates Corin behaviours.
- Previous experience working in a sterile or temperature-controlled setting would be advantageous, if not be comfortable working in a cool temperature
