The global HR system will deliver a consistent digital experience to all colleagues and drive our capacity for growth through efficient and scalable ways of working.

The key responsibilities of the HRIS Data Co-ordinator
- Support system testing activities, template completion and data uploads.
- HRIS administration to include system updates, upgrades, and system maintenance.
- Create user accounts, manage access permissions and resolve any issues.
- Monitor of global HRIS inboxes (e.g.line manager changes, manager/employee queries, ad-hoc report requests).
- Provide necessary training to end users to increase their effectiveness and ability to use the system and reporting tools.
- Create and customise training materials - presentations and Quick Guides for managers and employees.
- Consult with local in country HR teams to determine HRIS reporting requirements and develop standard, and ad-hoc reports.
- Deal with ad-hoc HR data requests, creating dashboards, and graphs.
- Create ‘go live’ messages and job aids.
- Provide administration support to Subject Matter Experts in the development of our Talent Modules to include documenting processes.
- Provide administration support to the global HR teams e.g., uploading employee files to the HRIS and support data integrity processes.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and other data protection regulations.
- Develop MI and analytics relating to people data
- Act as 'super user' for HR reporting & analytics.
- Generate, create and analyse monthly HR metric reporting and trend analysis.
- Interpret HR data and present/communicate the results of the analysis.
- Provide necessary training to end users to increase their effectiveness and ability to use the reporting tools.
- Provide support in the analysis of compensation and benefits data.
- Provide support with the update and maintenance of organization chart updates
- Provide support with the administration of the Culture Amp system.

The ideal HRIS Data Co-ordinator
- 2 + years HRIS experience as a system administrator
- Advanced user of Excel including vba, vlookups etc.
- Experience of training end-users on a HRIS.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of HR practices, procedures and experience of documenting processes.
- Well-organised, detail-oriented, and ability to multitask.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience and confidence to deliver user training.
- Experience of developing and modifying reports, analytics, metrics and dashboards for management and users.
- Effective relationship management skills and the ability to influence and build successful, collaborative, and effective relationships across all levels.
- Results focused.
