**Operations Co-ordinator**:
**Location: Cirencester/Flex**
The role holder will provide expert advice and guidance to the SJP Partnership on all aspects of Partner Finance Operations processes and related matters, whilst supporting the Operations Team Leader with the assessment and processing of high volume requests received by the team. Key skills are confidence, understanding data, strong IT capabilities and excellent interpersonal skills.
**What you’ll be doing**:
**- Accountable for the autonomous processing of a range of Operations requests, varying in complexity, and ensure that all parties are fully aware of next steps and progress.
- Takes a high level of personal responsibility for ensuring that they become a SME (Subject Matter Expert) for processes and policy.
- Adopt a ‘continuous improvements’ mindset, ensuring that any identified processes gaps result in an enhanced quality control framework and, where applicable, appropriate training actions.
**Who we’re looking for**:
- Experience in using Microsoft Office including intermediate/advanced Excel (vlookup, countif formulae, pivot tables).
- Experience in a similar co-ordinator role or similar working environment - used to high volume task orientated roles.
- Previous exposure to coding (eg SQL) advantageous.
- Effective planning, organisation and delivery skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the confidence to engage with people at all levels.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise own workload and balance multiple tasks.
- Strong commitment to learn and input to continuous improvement discussions.
- Logical and analytical in approach.
- Team player, approachable and supportive of others.
- Good problem-solving skills required to understand the different requirements of Partner businesses and how to adapt the processes to meet the needs of Partners whilst balancing the needs of the organisation.
- Able to use sound judgement to resolve issues using non-standard solutions.
- Decision making responsibility within an agreed set of parameters.
- Able to empathise and demonstrate resilience when dealing with a range of Stakeholders.
**Special Requirements**:
Will be required to attend and travel to meetings and presentations within UK locations on an ad hoc basis.
