Compliance Officer

Ecommerce Technologies LTD trading as PayDo opens up new opportunities for international online financial transactions to commercial entities, private entrepreneurs, merchants, freelancers and other professionals who require a simple but at the same time convenient method of accepting and sending payments with a minimum of bureaucracy, formalities and a package of documents for launch. The company is a well-funded & Established with a full authorised EMI financial licence at FCA in the UK, which guarantees the safety of customers.We develop & offer for our clients the following types of banking services: Multicurrency IBAN for legal entities and individuals for SEPA & Target2 payments, receiving and processing online payments, transfers to a card, and bank account.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Creation and updating of KYC, AML, CDD procedures and policies based on risk assessment, customer verification, transaction monitoring and regulatory reporting
- Ensuring that AML / CDD systems, procedures and standards are consistent with specific customer segments, including local requirements
- Monitoring the regulatory environment
- Development and tracking of key risk indicators (KRI's)
- Providing business AML expertise, identifying an AML gap, implementing controls, advising and monitoring corrective actions, improving procedures and policies
- Coordination with top management to resolve problems or exclusions of high-risk clients (including banned clients / countries)
- Preparation of reports for top management
- Perform Know your client (KYC) checks (Personal and Corporate accounts)
- Ensure all customers’ documents are in order and up to date
- Identify documents that mismatch the company requirements
- Find any signs of falsification of customers documents
- Perform Customer Due Diligence (CDD) using open data sources
- Assist support representatives on customer verification processes and specific customers tickets/requests
- Prepare reports on verification acceptance/rejection statistics

**REQUIREMENTS**:
**Must have**:

- Minimum 2 years experience working on KYC, CDD or/and AML within a Financial Licence PSP Company
- Good knowledge of financial regulatory requirements and AML risk implications
- Experience with regulatory and / or KYC related topics
- Demonstrated knowledge of contemporary risk management models, developing KRI’s, assessing control effectiveness, and, developing management and board reporting
- Proven history of building and maintaining strong relationships and using strong interpersonal skills and ability to gain credibility to build, lead and manage the risk framework
- Proven professional ethics and integrity
- Sound judgement and ability to analyse situations and information
- Good writing skills
**REQUIRED**:

- AML Certification Or Qualified
- Experience with high risk clients/sectors
- Experience in Licence financial company
- Experience in successful passing external audit
- Experience in international legal settings
- The role is a office based - (Monday To Friday) - (Not Remote)
