Finance Officer

**About the role**

This is an opportunity to join our busy Finance and Audit department which is part of our Resources and Technology Services directorate.

The role is to provide a high quality, dedicated financial transactional service. The role sits within the accounts receivable team, but also covers payments, procurement, and payroll as appropriate. Providing a high level of customer service to a range of external and internal customers.

**About you**
- You will have experience within a financial or administration environment in a medium sized entity
- Gained key experience within a customer service environment with a passion for delivering world class service to both internal and external stakeholders
- You will have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail alongside excellent numerical skills and intermediate level MS office skills
- Previous experience working with financial systems would be desirable but not essential
- We are seeking someone with fantastic verbal and written communications skills who thrives working within a dynamic team, as well as independently
- Strong IT and system skills are also essential for this role
