We’re looking for a confident Lettings coordinator and administrator for our Lettings and Sales department to help make a positive impact at our Estate Agency in Milton Keynes.

Lettings Agent: What this entails: Ultimately, your job is to be the first point-of-call for our Lettings customers; both our Landlords and Tenants.

As a Property Coordinator, you are a key part of the main function behind our lettings and admin teams. You are the first point of contact to our landlords, tenants, and contractors. Property Coordinators deliver excellent customer service in a timely manner at all times. Communication is a core part of the role with those we work with.

**The role will include**:

- Working within a team, managing a portfolio of properties
- Liaising with tenants and landlords.
- Attracting new clients by exceeding landlord, tenants and contractors’ expectations
- Sourcing contractors and co-ordinating maintenance works
- Ensuring gas and electrical checks are undertaken in a timely and compliant manner, along with any remedial works if required
- Co-ordinating matters between landlords and tenants
- Providing landlords with professional advice in relation to ensuring their properties are compliant and in good repair ensuring this is processed and recorded
- Qualifying applicants, booking viewings and arranging access.
- Property marketing.
- Tenancy renewals.
- Arranging check-ins and check-outs.
- Attending viewings if required.
- Any additional administrative duties to support overall operations.
- Manage the renewal process by successfully negotiating fully managed tenancies and work with the Lettings team to re-advertise if necessary

**Skills & experience required**:

- ARLA qualified or happy to work towards
- Previous property management experience preferred
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work on own initiative, as well as part of a team
- Flexible, adaptable nature with the ability to work under pressure, in a calm manner
- Excellent IT knowledge with experience of using Microsoft Office packages would be an advantage but not essential
