Lettings and Sales Negotiator

**Summary**

We are seeking a motivated Lettings and Sales Negotiator to join our team in the Milton Keynes. Based in our office, you will play a vital role in helping clients find their ideal homes and manage property lettings efficiently. This position offers an exciting opportunity to grow within a reputable company committed to excellence.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, providing expert advice throughout the process.
- Negotiate lease terms and sales agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Conduct property viewings and market appraisals.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to develop effective marketing strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service to build lasting client relationships.
- Stay informed about market trends and local property developments.
- Drafting property documents using modern CRM system
- Arranging for Tenancy contracts to be e-signed
- Communicating with Solicitors
- Conducting property handover procedure
- Leafletting local properties
- Dealing with day-to-day tasks
- Meeting new people and visiting different properties everyday

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in administrative roles within the real estate or property management industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to speak multiple languages is advantageous.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of the local property market is preferred.
- Customer-focused attitude with a professional demeanour.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Salary**

**£25,000 - £27,000 basic per annum plus commission**

On target earnings of £35'000 p/a with commission. Uncapped commission for successfully Letting and Selling properties. Salary is inclusive of fuel allowance.

**All applicants must have a full driving license and vehicle to use for work.**

Working Hours:
**This is a permanent position, working 5 days per week. Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, then work every other Saturday 10am to 4pm with a day off during the weekdays.**
