Vacancy: LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR – Residential Lettings
Location: Milton Keynes, MK14
Salary: OTE £40k
Position: Permanent – Full Time
Immediate Vacancy: This is a fantastic opportunity for a keen, enthusiastic and experienced Lettings Negotiator to join a leading local Estate and Letting Agents based in the Milton Keynes area.
You will need to be a committed team player, with excellent customer service skills and a passion for letting residential property.
The right candidate will be well-presented, articulate, persuasive and have the drive and determination to succeed.
In addition, you will be enthusiastic about the property industry and in delivering a superior service in an environment where you will be rewarded for your skill and ability.
The ideal candidate will have Lettings industry experience in a competitive Lettings market and a good general understanding of lettings legislation, but the company will also consider a less experienced candidate who is keen to learn and develop their career.
The Company: Our client is an independent Sales and Lettings agency, with an excellent local reputation and who are part of one of the largest Estate Agency networks.
Skills required for this Lettings Negotiator role will include:
- Previous residential lettings experience
- Articulate and with excellent inter-personal skills.
- High level of customer service skills
- Great telephone manner and positive attitude
- Exceptionally well-presented, ambitious, and self-motivated
- Knowledge of the Milton Keynes area helpful
- Full Driving License essential
- Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
- A desire to succeed
