Crest Nicholson Chiltern have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join our award winning sales team in our St Albans office.

**Principal Duties and Responsibilities**:
To assist the Sales Managers/Assistant Marketing Manager/Progression Manager and Sales Director as required.

Raise Agresso/COIN’s orders for both Sales and Marketing related service providers.

Undertake all the relevant duties that are required at reservation/exchange/completion/handover.

To assist Sales Executives where necessary.

Prepare Induction packs for new Sales Advisors/Executives.

Ensure Price Lists are issued in a timely manner and availability reflects both Website and CRM.

Process any Purchasers extras payments and complete necessary paperwork and distribute where necessary.

Place stationery orders for the department.

Set up Health and Safety requirements at all sales office prior to launch and keep up to date.

Distribute NHBC Documentation.

Check crest website daily and ensure all developments are correct, messages are updated and correct, and correct plots are listed as available. Make amends where required.

Check Rightmove daily and ensure listings are correct. Make amends where required.

Check Zoopla daily and ensure listings are correct. Make amends where required.

Check Heylo Homereach website on a regular basis to ensure listings are correct. Liaise with Heylo to make amends where required.

Assist with signage/flag presentation on all developments. Brief signage/flag changes with relevant agencies ensuring sufficient budget available.

Assist with landscaping presentation on all developments. Brief landscaper to assist with requirements ensuring sufficient budget available.

Assist Assistant Marketing Manager/Sales Manager with set up of sales offices prior to launch and ensure all requirements are in place regarding stationery and literature.

Assist Assistant Marketing Manager/Sales Manager with decommissioning of sales offices and show homes, including providing an itinerary and arranging removal of required items.

Any other duties that may be required.
