**Job Title - Sales Administrator/PA for a dynamic Financial Advisers.**
**Location - St Albans**
**Salary £25,000-£32,000**

Then our dynamic financial adviser company in St Albans could be the right role for you.
Accountabilities/Responsibilities
- This role is incredibly varied and gives the opportunity for someone to transfer their skills (either admin, PA or customer service) into an environment where there is scope for career progression and the chance to work for a dynamic, expanding firm
- you will be the first point of contact for queries from new clients who have responded to all forms of marketing outreach - including newsletters etc. You will then be tasked with co-ordinating the Advisers diaries to book in suitable times and managethe initial onboarding.
- alongside this you will be tasked with general administration tasks for the team.
**Requirements**:
- please note there is no requirement to have any financial services experience. More important are superb customer service skills combined superb telephone manner
Competence / Knowledge / Skills required
- Strong background in administration
- Team player with the ability to achieve agreed outcomes under own initiative, without supervision or micro-management
- Strong inter-personal skills with the ability to interact with a wide range of individuals
- Excellent organisational, time management & prioritisation skills
- High attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with a confident, clear and professional telephone manner
- IT literate - Workable knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
