Teaching Personnel are recruiting for Teaching Assistants to work in our client school.

The school is a Pupil Referral Unit in Bournemouth, catering for Secondary aged pupils who have been excluded from mainstream education. This includes pupils who are temporarily excluded, permanently excluded and pupils with SEN (Autism, ADHD, SEMH). Thepupils can display challenging behaviour.
As a 1-1 Teaching Assistant you will be responsible for supporting the class teacher with their lessons. This involves helping to engage the pupil in their education, providing emotional and mental health support, and behaviour management. Work will be setby the class teacher and you will support the pupil with this.
This is a full time role to start immediatley. This is a temp-to-perm position and the school has fantastic routes for development, so is ideal for someone looking to pursue a career in education.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
