About the role Behaviour Mentor Are you passionate about supporting young people to thrive? We are seeking a caring and proactive Behaviour Mentor to join our lively SEN school for secondary-aged students. If you’re dedicated to helping students with autism and other special educational needs reach their full potential, we want to hear from you Location: Bournemouth Working Hours: Full-time (8:30am – 3:30pm) Salary: £440 - £450 per week Start Date: January 2026About the School & Role: Based in Bournemouth, our Alternative Provision school caters to secondary students with social, emotional, and mental health challenges, including those displaying challenging behaviours.
