As a Finance Analyst - Hybrid Working you will be joining a very exciting corporate who are looking for a finance analyst to support their Finance and the Senior Management to make informed decisions about current and future projects.

**Description**

Job duties for the Finance Analyst - Hybrid Working includes:

- Proactive development of management information to meet the evolving needs of the business and highlight any relevant areas through meetings with the senior management team
- Performance of monthly cost centre reporting routines, business partnering with cost centre managers and owners, as well as driving cost ownership with explanations to function leads
- Completion of month end reporting and ongoing development of reports, metrics and management information
- Monthly, quarterly and annual reporting submissions and reconciliations to head office as well as providing explanations behind changes in key line items and trends
- Assist with projects as required and provide business case validation
- Assist in producing management information and supporting ad hoc requests from senior management team and external parties
- Involvement in forecasting and budgetary cycles including liaising with Central Controlling and the local senior management team as well as being proactive to continually improve the forecasting process and modelling with both the local business

**Profile**
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills with the ability to explain financial information to non-financial stakeholders at all levels
- Experience of presenting information to senior stakeholders in a concise and easy to understand manner
- You should have proven client-facing and organisational skills, with experience in a professional environment
- You will also have good knowledge and practical experience of analysing and interpreting financial data and explaining your findings
- You will be ambitious, client-focused and keen to deliver a good service to your stakeholders and able to work in a busy work environment, and used to working to strict deadlines.

**Job Offer**

The successful Finance Analyst - Hybrid Working will:

- Be Based in South Wales, Cardiff
- Received £30,000-£40,000 DOE
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
