**Job Description** Climate Risks & Strategy Roles**
Ramboll Management Consulting (RMC) works with private and public clients across the globe delivering integrated sustainability transformation. Our clients come to RMC for our combination of sustainability, strategy, financial, sustainability and business expertise. A key current growth area, driven by legislation and frameworks such as the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and the International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB), is supporting clients understand, disclose and manage their transition and physical climate risks.
In a market where many management consultants are offering sustainability services, we are seeing significant uptake in our offer of excellent consulting services based upon a credible and action-orientated sustainability foundation. We place a strong emphasis on working alongside clients as trusted partner.
As part of our global strategy, we are ‘all in on sustainability’ and a key focus area is driving substantial growth in ESG and sustainability strategy, including with Ramboll’s current extensive clients for whom we deliver environmental and engineering services.

**Your new team and role**
You will be part of a growing global team. Ramboll Management Consulting is one of the largest management consultancies in the Nordics, with an established heritage within the provision of sustainability leadership and guidance to both the public and private sectors.

We place a specific focus upon combining sustainability consulting insight with management consulting delivery to provide our clients with the holistic pathways and interconnected solutions to really deliver upon their ambitions with respect to sustainability transformation. Combining, for example, decarbonization insight with transformational expertise or assessing circular economy business models in tandem with materials analysis provides our clients with the confidence that they need to commit to a sustainable future. We provide our clients with access to the entire Ramboll platform, one with a global knowledge base of 17,000 colleagues which gives us a sought-after edge in combining engineering and science with management consulting.
In the UK our team of management consultants, economists, and sustainability specialists work together to deliver innovative and novel solutions to the most pressing sustainability problems for a wide range of clients across Europe and globally.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Support clients in understanding their transition and physical climate risks and opportunities, developing responses to these and disclosing them.
- Working with colleagues, continuously develop and improve our climate services offering and engage with existing and new clients to generate business opportunities.
- Manage, supervise and deliver consulting projects throughout their entire cycle: initiation, planning, execution and closure.

These include:
- Strong advisory experience in climate risk assessment scenario planning (both transition and physical risks)
- Demonstrable understanding and experience in climate risk requirements of legislation and frameworks such as the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), EU Taxonomy, Taskforce for Climate Related Financial Disclosure (TCFD), International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB), Transition Plan requirements.
- Degree level qualifications in climate, business, management or sustainability.
