**The Role and the Team**

We’re looking for a Head of CRM to join our marketing team and lead our engagement and retention efforts. You’ll be joining a high impact role where you’ll be responsible for setting the engagement strategy and executing it, both through your team and cross-functional partners.

You’ll be hands-on, organised, and detail-oriented whilst maintaining sight of the big picture.

**What You’ll Do**
- Set the strategy for our engagement and retention efforts with a member-first approach
- Set-up the operational framework for our CRM function, including partnerships with other teams e.g. creative, product, insights, etc.
- Build insights about our members and bring those to life through strategy execution, including but not limited to member segmentation, channel expansion, new journeys and reporting frameworks
- Continuously evaluate and expand our CRM channels and journeys based on audience preferences, business needs, channel effectiveness and regulatory changes
- Understand the specialist tooling landscape to make recommendations and implementations
- Coach, develop and nurture a growing team of 4
- Manage third party relationships

**What You’ll Bring**
- Expertise in CRM/retention/lifecycle marketing in a digital first or tech environment, both on a strategic and operational level
- End-to-end thinking of customer journeys and ability to execute this cross-functionally
- Experience with Braze is essential, any MarTech experience around integration and revamping is desirable
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of customer segmentation, measurement frameworks and techniques
- Strong cross-functional leadership with proven influencing skills and direct management experience
- Proven record of independently solving complex business problems in a structured manner
