Are you a current **Lecturer-Digital Media **looking to work in a supportive, forward-thinking college?

We're recruiting for a **Lecturer-Digital Media **to join our team on a fixed term basis for 3hrs/Week x 7 Sessions over the year to 04/07/2025.

The salary scale for this hourly-paid role is £13.29- £23.21 per hour inc London Weighting.

**The Role;**

You'll provide inspiration, skill and practical experience to students across our department's courses. You'll also contribute to the development of our course offer, building on our innovative provision.

**Key responsibilities of our** **Lecturer-Digital Media ;**
- Plan and develops lessons, including the development of schemes of work
- Develop and implement learner-centred assessment methods, with focus on constructive and development feedback for our students
- Encourage, monitor and report on the attendance, progress and achievements of students
- Ensure safe working environments for students and colleagues, enforce health and safety standard in your area, ensuring all students understand and comply
- Undertake personal coaching and pastoral responsibilities for designated students in order to support them int heir own development and future progression
- Keep abreast of industry developments in your specialist area to ensure the relevance and continued employability of our students
- Actively participate in continuing professional development around theory and practice within the education sector

**Our ideal Lecturer-Digital Media should have the following qualifications, skills and experience;**
- Hold a teaching qualification and have experience of teaching in the Further or Higher Education sectors
- Ability to deliver excellent teaching, learning and assessment pedagogic practice

All applicants should have good administrative skills and be able to accurately track students' attendance, progress and achievements.
