We have some exciting opportunities available at Barking and Dagenham College.
We are looking for motivated **Business Administration Apprentice**, to join our Quality Team, for this 21-month, Level 3 Apprenticeship.
The purpose of this role is to provide support and assistance in ensuring that quality control processes align with the business objectives and strategy of the organisation.
Further to this, the role also provides administrational support to quality and curriculum department colleagues to ensure that a robust quality assurance and standards process is integrated into curriculum and business support areas.
A good general standard of education equivalent to GCSE grade C/4 as well as good general IT skills in MS Office or equivalent, and good general customer care skills (all media), are essential for this role.
Additionally, you should have good communication skills, whether face to face, on the telephone, in writing or on digital platforms, and be able to deal with people of all levels and backgrounds, carrying authority appropriately
