Exams Invigilator

We have some exciting opportunities available at Barking and Dagenham College. We are looking for **Exams Invigilator **to join our Exams team.

You will join us on a** **part-time, 24 hours per week, term-time only basis and in return, we will offer a competitive salary of £16,552 pa inc. London Weighting.

**The Exams Invigilator **role**:
To invigilate exams held within Barking & Dagenham College effectively and efficiently providing a good service to all internal and external customers.

**Key Responsibilities of our** **Exams Invigilator**:

- Conduct exams in accordance with the Joint Council for Qualification (JCQ), awarding body and Barking & Dagenham College regulations and instructions
- Keep confidential exam questions papers and materials secure before, during and after exams.
- Liaise with exams officers regarding invigilation to ensure an effective service.
- Keep accurate exam records of attendance, documenting any incidents, disruptions or irregularities in the exam room.
- Support JCQ and other awarding body exam inspections.
- Good literacy and Numeracy skills
- Relevant experience of using MS Office or similar packages
- General admin experience or similar
- Experience of using a computerised database system or similar
