Customer Services Manager

Rutherford Briant are recruiting for a Customer Services Manager to work for a luxury brand in Dagenham, With a worldwide reach and celebrity endorsement this is an exciting time to join the team.
The Customer Services Manager will ideally have a background in luxury goods or fashion.
You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the customer experience journey. Forging effective relationships with key clientele and driving retail sales through successful sales and marketing strategies, as well as for the design and delivery of coachingto improve retails sales and the customers experience of the brand.

Hours 8.30 - 5pm OR 9 - 5.30

**Duties and Responsibilities of Customer Services Manager**
- Improve customer engagement with effective and progressive communication
- Successfully correspond with and reengage lapsed clients through various communications
- Categorising client data and extracting relevant information to identify potential sources of business
- Support the Customer Service Team by managing and giving constructive feedback
- Track effectiveness of customer service team, providing innovations and strategies to exceed KPIs
- Support the digital and marketing team with relevant customer experience communications via social media platforms
**Experience**
- Understanding of relationship building techniques
- Experience creating, implementing, and reporting on successful initiatives that exceed business KPIs
- Proven coaching and training experience desirable
- Experience in online sales and marketing strategies
A good background of online sales working in retail, or the fashion industry would be an advantage but is not essential.
