Head of Business Resilience

**Role**:Senior Business Continuity & Risk Manager (GRC) **Location**:WFH (Expected to visit CMCS Site) **Reports to**: Head of Business Continuity and Resilience **Salary**: £55,000.00 - £65,000.00 **Working Hours**: Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:30 **PURPOSE OF THE JOB** To support and, as appropriate, deputise for, the Head of Business Continuity and Resilience in providing a comprehensive Business Continuity and Risk Management service to the PCC Group. **The role encompasses**: - Ensuring that the PCC suite of Business Continuity Management Policies are promoted, and adopted in all operations and developments throughout all sites and departments throughout PCC in the UK; Scotland and Ireland. - Delivering a structured approach to Business Continuity Planning and Risk Management - based upon the PCC Business Continuity Management Policies. - Delivering risk reporting and governance directly to the senior GRC management team. - Ensuring the completion and maintenance of Incident Management and Business Continuity Plans throughout all locations and Departments of PCC. - Conducting Risk Management Workshops and ensuring the maintenance of Risk Registers for Projects and Departments including Customer and Change Management specific activities. - Delivering a structured approach to Incident identification; classification; investigation, including Reporting and progression of remediation / mitigation actions. - Support and assist the New Business Bid process in respect of all Business Continuity and Risk Management requirements across all locations and service lines. - Assist and facilitate Governance activities in relation to Business Continuity and Risk Management. - Deliver the service assurance and management of the specialist BCM suppliers. - Deliver the service assurance and management of all critical third party service providers in the delivery of BCM and Risk to PCC and our Clients. - Liaise with all Operational areas; PCC Management; IT Services and Customers in the provision of a comprehensive programme of Exercising and Testing of Incident Management; Business Continuity; Work Area Recovery and IT Disaster Recovery Plans and Processes. - Provision of expert professional services in respect of Business Continuity Management; Risk Management and Incident Investigation and resolution to all areas of PCC and their Customers - including direct liaison with Customers via the relevant PCC Service Management Teams. - Other duties and Projects as instructed, from time to time by the Senior Business Continuity and Risk Manager or their Line Management. **PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES** - Implementation of best practice in relation to the PCC suite of Business Continuity Management Policies across all PCC sites in the UK, Ireland and Luxenberg, including: Business Impact Analysis, Risk Management, Business Continuity Planning, Incident management - Investigation - Analysis - Liaison with Customers; Suppliers and Auditors (Internal; External and Customer) on all aspects of Job Role and Responsibilities - Deputise for PCC Head of Business Continuity and Resilience when required - Governance activities in respect of BCM & Risk and any relevant Audit findings. - Liaison with relevant Corporate Functions e.g. EH&S; IT Governance; IT etc. - Assist Business Development and Professional Services Teams in respect of BCM and Risk requirements for New Bids / Contracts/ Contract renewals. - Delivering ongoing support and management of the Surecloud Incident Management and Risk Modules. - Delivering ongoing support and management of the Clearview BCM System. - Manage the delivery of services from identified critical suppliers. - Manage the delivery of the services from specialist BCM suppliers. - Conduct Internal Audits in relation to Business Continuity / Risk / Incident Management Plan / Procedure maintenance and review. - Maintain BCM software tools and ensure the utilised relevant data is fit for purpose and up to date. - Organisation and facilitation of Incident Management / Business Continuity Plan exercises to meet PCC Policy and Customer contractual requirements. **SPECIAL FEATURES/OTHER INFORMATION** - Working Relationships _ - Operational Management - development and maintenance of Business Continuity Plans and Procedures. - Senior Managers - through PCC Business Continuity Steering Group. - Operational Team Leaders & Staff - to promote BCM awareness and Training. - Operational Team Leaders, Development Team, Media Team and Client Support - to deliver BCM testing as per Client contracts. - IT and customer services - to promote BCM awareness and Training. - PCC Customers - to promote PCC Business Continuity Management capabilities and understanding and provision of standardised and tailored BCM Service. - Third Party Relationships_ - BCM Suppliers - RRD GO, CMCS, DSM, Twofold, Clearview, Surecloud, Everbridge and G4S. - Critical Third Parties - RRD GO, AWS, Workfront, EDM, Oasis and Restore **Job Types**:
