**Customer Service Coordinator (Construction Manufacturing)**

We are currently looking for Customer Service Coordinators to join a global manufacturing business based in North Wales. We are looking for bright, energetic, vibrant people to help the day-to-day management of customer orders from start to finish, ensuringthat the materials and the production capacity is available. You will be communicating with Area Sales Managers, International Quotations departments and the Divisional Production Facilities to achieve the customers' requirements on time.

**Contractual Package**
Monday - Thursday 08:15 - 17:00 and Friday 08:15 - 16:00
39 hours per week
Standard divisional company bonus
24 days holiday

**What will you be doing?**:

- Promptly responding to incoming customer service and customer care calls.
- End-to-end management of customer orders from receipt through to delivery.
- Ensuring adequate material and production capacity is available.
- Liaising with other departments to ensure customer requirements are achieved to timescales.
- Dealing with any difficulties encountered by the customer.
- Operating in compliance with ISO 37301, 45001, 14001, 9001, 50001, and Code of Conduct.

- Proven knowledge and experience of working within a fast, highly moving customer-focused
environment providing high-level customer service.
- Experience using SAP would be highly advantageous although not essential as training will be
given.
